Joe Marino brings over three decades of experience in all phases of project and construction management to his present position at Applied Construction Services, Inc. His unwavering commitment to provide quality services and carefully finished products is essential to his role in managing the company's operations. He is always in touch with the customer. Over his tenure in the industry, Marino’s experience is reflected through his diverse and high profile projects.

  • Ashland Co., Bridgewater, NJ - Relocation of (former ISP) testing laboratory located from the former GAF Wayne, NJ campus to 180SF building at the former Aventis-Sanofi campus in Bridgewater, NJ.
  • Gucci Retail Store, Atlantic City, NJ - New retail store for Gucci Retail Division at The Pier at Ceasar's shopping mall.
  • Columbia University, Knox Hall, New York City, NY - Involved the renovation and upgrade of a 50,000SF landmark Gothic building from a student residence to an academic use consisting of offices, lecture halls and classrooms.
  • Columbia University, Mudd Hall, New York, NY - Conversion of 5600SF of combined office and storage area to a chemical research laboratory.
  • Village Square Center, White Township, NJ - Development of essential service center containing medical offices, County library and retail buildings.
  • Bridgewater Promenade, Bridgewater, NJ - Project/construction management of 625,00SF "big-box" center on 75 acre Brownfield site, included extensive off-site improvements.
  • Madison Square Garden, New York, NY - Restak of 160,000SF of multiple floors of existing administrative office at 2 Pennsylvania Plaza. Complete interior renovation including FFE and data restructuring.
  • Applied Theory, New York, NY - A fast track 45,00SF tenant fit-out for new high tech office at 1500 Broadway above the ABC studios at Times Square.
  • Aptegrity.com, Fairfield, NJ - New 55,000SFoffice fit-out, on multiple floors including full data network center.
  • Law Office of Dechert, Price & Rhodes, Lawrenceville, NJ - Renovation of 25,000SF of existing office space and the addition of 15,000SF of new adjoining space.
  • United Healthcare, Somerset, NJ - Project management for fast-track design/build of interior tenant improvements for a 65,000SF office renovation. Construction management included coordination of FFE and extensive server/data facility within the structure with supporting mechanical improvements.
